Engineered for versatile production environments
Our cutting and stacking solution processes both rigid acoustic panels and flexible insulation with precision. It delivers accurate cutting, clean separation and efficient removal of the edge trims.
Our vacuum beam technology enables precise stacking of both rigid and flexible panels, including air-permeable and heavy products. By eliminating needles and clamps, we ensure damage-free handling of even the most delicate materials.
Once lifted, the vacuum beams separate to position panels accurately onto individual stacks, with adjustable spacing between them. This allows flexible stacking on carriers or pallets wider than the panels. The system can automatically divert second-quality panels to a separate stack. Our compact, high-performance stacker can also apply protective top and bottom layers, guaranteeing safe handling and transport.
Advantages
- Fast return on investment: depending on the web width and production speed, up to 4 FTEs are saved per shift
- Little to no risk of damage to the products being stacked
- Neat, straight stacks
- Automatic removal and shredding of edge strips (including non-flexible types)
- High flexibility: automatic changeover possible when switching between formats and stacking methods
- Higher line speeds possible
- Reliable operation
- Low maintenance
- Can be used for both hard and softer products
- This stacking line can be used in combination with, for example, a winder for thinner (flexible) products or our insulation winder for bulky/thick products
- Complete installation is tailored to the customer’s requirements
- Safe operation
