How we work
Understanding your needs & concept development
We start by listening carefully to understand your challenges, processes and requirements. Our engineering team then develops a tailored concept, combining expertise from different industries. The solution is further refined in close collaboration with you and translated into a detailed proposal.
Engineering
Once a project is approved, we initiate the engineering phase with a dedicated kick-off meeting to finalise all project details.
Our mechanical engineers then develop the machine in detailed 3D designs, while our automation specialists create the electrical schematics and begin programming. Throughout this phase, we work closely with you to ensure a fully aligned and technically sound solution.
Complete in-house production
In the next phase, production starts in our fully equipped facilities. We handle all key processes in-house, including laser processing of tubes and sheet metal, turning, milling and roller production.
Our skilled welders then assemble the structure, resulting in a robust and consistent build throughout the entire machine.
Durable finishing
Our in-house powder coating installation provides a high-quality, eco-friendly finish with excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. This ensures long-lasting protection while giving each machine a clean, professional and high-end appearance.
Assembly
Each machine is assembled at our facilities by experienced technicians, guaranteeing precision, quality and long-term reliability.
Performance validation & testing
Once wiring is completed, the machine is started and rigorously tested. You are invited to attend the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our premises. After your approval, we prepare the machine carefully for safe and efficient shipment.
Installation & training
After delivery, our specialists handle the complete on-site installation and provide hands-on training, enabling your team to start operating the machine with confidence.
After-sales service
Our support continues long after installation. Our service team is ready to assist on-site or remotely whenever needed.
Through our MGPortal platform, your technicians have direct access to interactive 3D machine drawings, making it easy to identify and order the correct spare parts in just a few clicks.
