Automatic handling of finished rolls

Our roll manipulator and roll sorting systems greatly reduce the handling costs of your finished rolls. The rolls are automatically moved to the correct drop-off position, without operator intervention. Less internal forklift traffic also creates a safer working environment.

We can build various customised systems, e.g.:

• Manipulators: custom-made manipulators that gently drop rolls in the desired container or trolley.
• Inclined surfaces: solutions for temporary sorting and storage of rolls.
• Trap door systems: systems with tilting conveyor belts where rolls can be quickly sorted into many different containers within a compact space.
