Buffering within a limited space
A J-box is used for buffering a large quantity of fabric in a limited space. The J-box provides the possibility to perform an operation (sewing together 2 fabrics, roll change, etc.) at the entrance of a line while maintaining the continuous operation of the production line after that.

- Scope: nonwoven, carpet, artificial grass, technical textiles, mattress fabrics, curtain fabrics, etc. (not suitable for stiff fabrics)
- Fabric width: up to 8 m
- Line speed: more than 100 m/min
- Can be expanded with:
- Fold initiator at the entrance (better filling of the J-box)
- Lifting arms for the master roll at the entrance
- Small bridging to bridge the position of the seam connection
